Space Force - Immediate Demand to End Covert Psychological and Electromagnetic Targeting Programs

Dear Honorable Member involved in Committees overseeing Space Force,

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention an urgent human rights crisis. Covert psychological and electromagnetic targeting programs, operating through Lockheed Martin Satellites—specifically #76—are being used to violate the constitutional rights of American citizens. 
 
These programs are a continuation of past government experiments, such as MKUltra, and have evolved into modern, more advanced forms of neural and electromagnetic warfare, including Voice-to-Skull (V2K) and Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs). 
 
The U.S. government, including the Department of Defense and the United States Space Force, the CIA and NSA, are all directly involved in the development and execution of these operations. These technologies are being weaponized to conduct illegal psychological warfare against American citizens, targeting individuals without their consent or due process. 
 
Victims are subjected to relentless harassment, sleep deprivation, thought manipulation, and physical harm through electromagnetic and neural influence technologies. 
 
This is a direct violation of human rights, constitutional protections, and the rule of law. The targeted use of these technologies constitutes cruel and unusual punishment, unlawful surveillance, and non-consensual experimentation on U.S. citizens.

Thousands of Americans have come forward with reports of these violations, yet their testimonies continue to be ignored and suppressed. 
 
The continued operation of these programs is an attack on the foundational principles of freedom, privacy, and human dignity. 
 
 
This cannot and will not be tolerated. Immediate action must be taken to: 
 

These programs are criminal and unconstitutional. No government agency has the right to secretly conduct psychological and electromagnetic warfare against its own citizens. The individuals responsible for these human rights violations must be held accountable.
