Artifact Questions

I make each Catalog Piece by hand in Astoria, Oregon, United States - a small Nautical Port City in Northwestern Oregon, United States with a lot of rain, which I love. This small town is notably known for being the place where the movie "The Goonies" was filmed in 1985 and is a Port for many cruise ships on the West Coast.

I carefully create each Artifact as if it were going to be my own and worn by me. I take pride in my work and sometimes spend an hour or even hours on each piece, taking into consideration Energy Infusion, Multiple Coats of Paint and Multiple Coats of Finish Sealer. I create each piece to last for generations, and the time I spend is not my goal, a Quality Artifact is my goal. When it's "Ready' it's Ready :)

I exclusively use Premium Golden Baltic Birch Wood. This type of wood allows for the most flexibility in my designs. It's not too heavy, not too light, allows me to shape and carve easily. It takes the paint perfectly as well as any finishing sealer. It's my wood of choice for all that I do. The wood is sourced from local suppliers as well as specialty wood suppliers from Pennsylvania, United States.

Yes, I can create custom pieces. Colors, shapes, sizes and more can be customized for you. Simply Contact Me to inquire about a custom piece.

With each Artifact that I create I have also created a Product Card that includes the Serial Number, the Creation Date, and the "Maxis" Signature. This can be kept with the box to always show that you have an Original and Signed True Piece of Art.

Once you purchase an item it will automatically be marked as "Not Available" and will become unavailable for others to purchase. It will however remain on the website as part of the Maxis Catalog. You can bookmark the Product page and visit it again at anytime to download Images, the PDF and the Video for the Artifact. It will also be viewable in the Catalog Tree at https://maxisnatural.com/collections/catalogtree, in the Search Bar, or by accessing the Product using the Serial Number like so: https://maxisnatural.com/000000

Website Questions

Does something not look Perfect? If you notice that lines look uneven, or you see small pieces of the background remaining, rest assured, it's the image, not the piece. Each piece was cut perfectly with a precision laser cutting machine to guarantee perfection every time. The images don't do it justice. We will continue to try and improve the images, but until then, please forgive us if you find any images that are not perfect. We promise it's just the image, not the piece.

I give every single Artifact that I create a Unique Serial Number to identify it in my Catalog. This number is unique to the Artifact and shows that your item is One-of-a-Kind and not made in mass, but carefully one-by-one. The Serial Number will allow you to see the Date it was created, the Infused Energy, as well as the exact Specifications. You can use the Search Feature at the top of the page to always come back to see the page for your Artifact.

Shipping Questions

I will need 24 to 72 hours to finalize your Artifacts. Your patience is Greatly Appreciated. This is a short process, but a process none-the-less. I take this very serious and perfection is always my First Priority. Please understand that I need this time in order to Make things Perfect. Energy Infusion, Statement of Intention, Screw Pin Connections, and Final Paint Touch-Ups are all done after you place your order. This is to ensure you receive exactly what you have ordered, everything is Perfect, and the Infused Energy is Fresh. After all of this is complete, I can only then Package and Ship the Artifact.

After Artifact Finalization, and if you live in the United States, I ship by USPS Ground Advantage which is usually 48 hours, or 2 Business Days after Artifact Finalization. Total time to receive your Artifact is 72 - 120 hours, or 3 to 5 Business Days. If you live overseas it could take two or three weeks, depending on the Country you live in. Shipping Estimates will be given at Checkout.

Yes, we provide USPS tracking numbers for all orders, which you can find in the Customer Account Area. You will also receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order by visiting the USPS website and entering this tracking number.

I carefully package each Artifact in a Black Custom Box with the MaxisNatural.com Logo on it. Inside is your Artifact that is enclosed in a Black Velvet Bag for storage, wrapped in Black Protective Paper. Enclosed in a Signed Product Card from Me, Maxis. This box is shipped Logo up and the Shipping Label on the bottom.

Yes, I can send my creations to many countries. If your country is not in the list to choose from, please Contact Me so I can add it to my website.
