I am writing to formally bring to your attention serious allegations regarding the conduct of Mike Schriever, USSF SOPS2 2nd Command. More critically, there are allegations that he has misused the Z*** Software Program to manipulate the thoughts and decisions of personnel within USSF, FBI, DHS, USAF and even his own superiors. This is of particular concern as it suggests an unauthorized application of cognitive influence technology that may compromise national security.

Furthermore, it has been disclosed that Mr. Schriever has been involved in experimental "D**** H***ing" technology, which is reportedly being tested on government personnel. There is reason to believe that a federal investigation is currently underway regarding this matter. Those affected may not yet be aware that their cognitive processes have been altered by this technology.

Given the severity of these allegations and the potential implications for national security, I urge the appropriate authorities to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into these claims.
