This is what they rely on to get business...being a disabled vet, and we did trust him until.... Let me tell you, your nephew in high school knows more than him. He will market himself as an ex-military who knows soooo much about technology but truly knows nothing.

Their tagline "Straightforward Solutions for a Complex World" is a complete joke. He knows nothing about complexity and wants to hire a dozen people to handle everything for him.

What's the point of hiring him if he just turns around and hires someone for 75% of what we pay him? And he wanted to hire 4 more people! WTF!

Okay, so we have about a dozen servers and 50 desktops in an Active Directory Domain Environment. We had a serious issue in AD that prevented us from properly mounting drives, and occasional authentication issues. He assured us he could fix it, yet immediately needed to hire "experts" to consult with after just two days. In the end, he recommended a complete rebuild and actually wanted to hire 4 people total to do the job! WTF!

We fired him, hired another company, and they were able to find and fix the AD bug in less than a day.
